Provide front-line HR consultant support to line and staff organizations by understanding, aligning with and helping to drive the achievement of key business priorities.
Tailor HR programs to address business priorities within the respective business units and divisions.
Respond quickly, flexibly and effectively to changing business needs.
Centers of Excellence
Partner with Merck management and HRBP colleagues to support critical business initiatives in the areas of compensation and benefits, recruiting and staffing, organizational learning and development, talent management, diversity/work environment, HR decision support, employee health management and employee communications.
Develop a robust leadership and talent pipeline and enable all employees to reach—and contribute to—their fullest potential.
Ensure employee inclusion, engagement and health.
Create a performance-driven culture for Merck and lead accelerated change.
Use HR information resources, data analysis and measurement to optimize HR strategies, programs and resources.
Shared Services
Manage a variety of HR services including employee services call center, payroll, compensation and benefit systems administration, relocation and international assignments.
