Estonia

Estonia has among the highest HIV prevalence in Europe. Since 2004, Merck has worked with Estonia to develop an effective response to the country’s HIV and AIDS epidemic. Merck assisted Estonia in the initial phase of the country’s grant from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, helping to draft a national HIV and AIDS strategic framework for 2005-2010.
