By the end of 2009, we plan to formalize a Global Labor Relations Strategy, which will include global labor guidelines and principles and monitoring tools to ensure consistency worldwide.
By the end of 2009, we plan to establish Labor Relations advisory boards for every region globally. These advisory boards will assist the Labor Relations Center of Excellence with a variety of labor relations activities, including adherence and monitoring of our corporate values and standards and global Labor Relations Guidelines and Principles.
By the end of 2009, we plan to implement a new training program for all employees about respect in the workplace to ensure all employees are adhering to the Company’s Values and Standards (PDF*). The training will cover a variety of topics such as diversity, culture, bullying, harassment and discrimination, as well as respecting differences.
