To ease the health care reimbursement process, we have created the SUPPORT™ Program to help patients who have been prescribed the following two Merck medicines:
ISENTRESS® (raltegravir tablets)
CRIXIVAN® (indinavir sulfate)
The SUPPORT™ Program is a two-part program that consists of free reimbursement support services and a patient assistance program for eligible individuals through a single toll-free call to 1-800-850-3430, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm ET. In addition, callers can leave a confidential message 24 hours a day.
1. Reimbursement Support Services*
SUPPORT™ Program Specialists will help you and your Health Care Provider answer questions related to insurance coverage and reimbursement.
2. Patient Assistance for Eligible Patients**
A Program Specialist can help you apply for the patient assistance program, which provides ISENTRESS and CRIXIVAN free of charge to eligible patients who do not have insurance coverage.
