During the first half of 2009, C-MAP is continuing to implement the 2008 Work Plan which was unfortunately delayed due to the snow storm and Sichuan earthquake in 2008. During the second half of 2009 and throughout 2010, a new Work Plan is being developed based on the following three priorities:

1. Reallocate resource to focus on high & potential high HIV epidemic counties in Lianghshan Prefecture,
2. Provide support to solve capacity & manpower issues at county/village level in Sichuan Province, and
