We recognize that to report effectively on our performance on corporate responsibility-related issues, we have to measure performance and progress on numerous metrics and parameters. For some topics we have been measuring performance for many years, while other metrics are new for us. We continue to review and refine our metrics so that we can focus on what is most meaningful to inform our business decisions and what matters most to our stakeholders.

We regularly review our data to ensure accuracy and consistency.  In some cases, for example on selected environmental metrics, this has led to slight changes in the statistics for prior years.
