Board of Directors

As of February 1, 2008

In 2007, three new directors were elected to Merck’s Board: Thomas Glocer in November, Steven Goldstone in September and Harry Jacobson in December. Dick Clark, president and CEO of Merck, serves as chairman of the Board of Directors. Merck’s Board of Directors has six standing committees: Audit, Compensation and Benefits, Corporate Governance, Finance, Public Policy and Social Responsibility, and Research.
