Merck, known as MSD outside of the United States and Canada, and SciBrunch Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (“SciBrunch”), announced that they have entered into an exclusive global license agreement for SPR2015, an investigational preclinical oral KRAS G12D (ON) inhibitor.
