Merck to Hold Third-Quarter 2012 Sales and Earnings Conference Call on October 26

will hold its third-quarter 2012 sales and earnings conference call with
institutional investors and analysts at 8 a.m. EDT on Friday, Oct. 26.
During the call, Kenneth C. Frazier, chairman and chief executive
officer; Peter N. Kellogg, executive vice president and chief financial
officer; and Adam H. Schechter, president, Global Human Health, will
provide an overview of Merck’s financial performance for the quarter.
