Reminder: Merck to Hold 2011 Full-Year and Fourth-Quarter Sales and Earnings Conference Call on February 2

As previously announced on Oct. 31, Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD
outside the United States and Canada, will hold its 2011 full-year and
fourth-quarter sales and earnings conference call with institutional
investors and analysts at 8:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 2. During the
call, Kenneth C. Frazier, chairman and chief executive officer; Adam H.
Schechter, president, Global Human Health; and Peter N. Kellogg,
executive vice president and chief financial officer, will provide an
