Merck may be 125-years-old, but we're thinking young.

Currently, 26 percent of our global workforce is comprised of millennials (any person born between 1981 and 1997). They are involved in every area of our business from research and development to legal to communications to IT to engineering to manufacturing.

MEET THE MILLENNIALS

The Pew Research Center classifies any person born from 1981 to 1997 as a Millennial.

In 2015, Millennials surpassed Generation X to become the largest generation in the American workforce, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data.
