New apps can help you share information with your healthcare team.

Duane Cramer, an acclaimed photographer and HIV advocate, is working with Project Runway star Mondo Guerra on the I Design HIV education campaign. The I Design campaign, which traveled the U.S. in 2012, is a national campaign designed to help empower people living with HIV to work with their doctors in taking a "tailored" approach to their treatment plan.

Now embarking on its second year on the road, I Design also has two mobile and desktop apps – My Health Matters and My Positive Agenda – which include a symptoms and medication tracker that can create reports to make it easy to share information with your healthcare team.
